Patrick Jacolenne
Co-Founder & CEO
Patrick brings decades of experience helping banks and financial institutions operate under increasing regulatory scrutiny while scaling safely. He has led enterprise programs spanning data governance, operational risk, compliance transformation, and technology modernization. Throughout his career, Patrick has worked closely with CROs, CDOs, CIOs, and audit leaders to turn regulatory expectations into durable operating models. At CoComply, Patrick ensures the platform reflects how regulators, auditors, and bank leadership actually think - anchoring innovation in regulatory reality and enterprise trust.
Vamsi Kunaparaju
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Vamsi is a data systems architect focused on building bank-grade governance infrastructure for modern data and AI ecosystems. Prior to CoComply, he served as a data scientist at Capital One, where he owned enterprise data controls and external data-sharing risk for critical card data assets. He has designed and implemented large-scale data quality controls, metadata-driven governance, and control frameworks that operate across complex, distributed banking environments. At CoComply, Vamsi leads the architecture of AI-driven certification, automated controls, and lineage intelligence - embedding governance directly into data pipelines to move institutions from manual oversight to continuous assurance.
Chaitanya Varma
AI Engineering & Product Lead
Chaitanya is a certified cybersecurity professional and AI engineer focused on building intelligent solutions for enterprise data management. He has hands-on experience across backend engineering, edge computing, and secure data pipelines - bringing together automation, security principles, and modern product execution. Before joining CoComply, he worked as a software developer and delivered multiple projects spanning IoT, Python-based systems, and penetration testing. His technical grounding is strengthened by formal training in cybersecurity, including certifications like eJPT and CEH, giving him a strong foundation in secure design and data protection practices. At CoComply, Chaitanya leads AI engineering efforts, transforming scattered enterprise data into structured, operational insights. He drives product improvements that embed intelligence and compliance into automated workflows - making data governance more actionable, resilient, and efficient for modern enterprises.
Ganesh Prasad Rao
Full-Stack Engineer
Ganesh is a full-stack engineer experienced in building AI-driven product capabilities and scalable, user-centric web applications. Before joining CoComply, he contributed to multiple technology ventures, including GenAI product development, SaaS platforms, and mobile solutions - supporting founders as they turn early ideas into usable, impactful software. His background spans UI engineering, backend automation, and cloud-based delivery, enabling him to ship product features end-to-end with speed and reliability. At CoComply, Ganesh accelerates product execution by developing seamless interfaces, integrating intelligent backend services, and ensuring the platform's performance scales with enterprise data needs.

Jason Sisack
Strategic Advisor - Risk & Regulatory Compliance
Jason Sisack is the Interim Chief Risk Officer at Carver Federal Savings Bank in New York City and a former senior leader at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where he spent over 26 years in financial regulation and risk supervision. He currently holds the role of Interim Chief Risk Officer at Carver Federal Savings Bank, a position he has held since October 2025. During his tenure at the OCC, Jason held a range of senior leadership and policy roles. He began his career in foreign bank supervision in New York City and later served as a capital markets specialist supporting mid-size and regional bank supervision. In 2012, he moved to OCC headquarters in Washington, D.C., where he worked as a risk specialist for market risk policy, focusing on systemic issues related to interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and investment portfolio management. In 2015, Jason was appointed Assistant Deputy Comptroller for the Atlanta Field Office, where he oversaw more than 25 examiners and supervised a portfolio of approximately 25 community banks and technology service providers. In 2024, he assumed the role of Assistant Deputy Comptroller for the New York City and Edison, New Jersey Field Offices, leading supervisory activities across one of the OCC's most complex banking regions. He also completed extended rotations as large bank team leader for capital markets, operational risk, and enterprise risk management for the OCC's HSBC and PNC supervisory teams.
